1. Service and Sales Terms
This Agreement governs the reservation and rental of villas, apartments, and residences made via seaworthtourism.com.

2. Payment and Reservation

• Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking.
• Payments are processed securely through a virtual POS system with 3D Secure technology.

3. Service Delivery

• Upon successful reservation, the User will receive confirmation details via email.
• The Company is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All reservations are final and non-refundable.
• The Company does not accept cancellations or refund requests after a reservation has been confirmed.
